Dear Fred,
Thanks for introducing me to Pyjama Boy. http://www.nationalreview.com/article/366643/pajama-boy-obama-machines-id-charles-c-w-cooke
Right-wingers are so caught in the heat of "the alarmist moment" that even those with intact frontal lobes are blind to Obamacare's imminent success. http://paxonbothhouses.blogspot.com/2013/07/conservatives-scare-more-easily-than.html
Fear is the worst possible master.
I trust it will destroy the Republican Party before it destroys the nation.
"Civil War In GOP: Even Messier Than It Looks," by E.J. Dionne
It may take two or three years to complete the necessary "tweaking," but by 2017 -- and probably before -- a large majority of Americans will applaud Obamacare for improving the nation's well-being.
Sure, single payer would have been preferable.
By a long shot!
But given the addled horde of self-pithed troglodytes rampaging the American landscape, it is astonishing he achieved what he did.
Had The Muslim rammed single payer down America's throat when he had majorities in both houses, Romney would be president now and Obamacare would be repealed.
I consider 44 a political genius.
Given the cards dealt him by The Party of Angry White Guys, no American president has played a better "long game."
Not in my lifetime.
Pax tecum
Alan
